Why RED Accelerator?

Real estate development is everyone's business. Almost no one is taught it.

Real estate development touches anyone who owns a home, invests in real estate, or embarks on a construction project, whether they realize it or not.

But the actual mechanics of how a development deal gets built, financed, and delivered stay locked inside a small, insider world.

If you've gone looking for real estate education, you've probably found one of two things: a multi-month academic certificate or graduate program that assumes you're ready to change careers, or a self-paced online course that teaches you narrow skills in isolation, with no one to turn to when you get stuck.

There's a huge chasm between "I want to learn about real estate development" and "I'm ready to enroll in a graduate degree." RED Accelerator bridges that gap.

Who this is for

You don't need a real estate background to belong here.

You just need to be ready to invest in yourself.

Real estate development has historically been a hard world to break into without a degree, a family connection, or years of on-the-job trial and error. RED Accelerator exists to make it accessible on merit, not pedigree.

  • Anyone involved in real estate development — if you're working on a backyard ADU or a home renovation project or investing in projects.

  • Brokers, architects, and property managers — if you work around development deals but were never taught the finance or construction side and are tired of not seeing the full picture.

  • Architects who want to become developers — if you can design the building, but no one ever trained you to underwrite it, finance it, or manage its construction.

  • Finance professionals crossing over into real estate — if you understand capital, but development has its own language, risk, and playbook.

  • High-net-worth individuals and investors — if you write checks into real estate deals without being able to read a pro forma, evaluate a cap rate, or ask a sponsor the right questions.

  • Future real estate or MBA graduate students — if you want a real-world primer before walking into a graduate program.

What you’ll walk away with

Architectural blueprints spread out on a table, showing detailed floor plans of a building.

Ivy League rigor. Street level insight.

By the end of the program, you'll be able to:

  • Read and build a pro forma — understand what you're looking at instead of just trusting the numbers someone hands you.

  • Underwrite a real estate deal — the same way an analyst or developer would.

  • Understand construction management fundamentals — risk, scheduling, contracts, and how to read a set of plans.

  • Evaluate a project the way a developer does — not as a broker, not as a lender, but as the person ultimately responsible for making it work.

  • Speak the language of the room — walk into a meeting with developers, lenders, or investors and follow the conversation.

This isn't a real estate degree. It's the working knowledge that gets you started — the same foundation a graduate real estate program builds on, compressed into a schedule that works for you.

How RED Accelerator is different

There's no shortage of real estate programs out there.

Most programs teach you to build a spreadsheet. We teach you to lead a project — because our instructors aren't full-time academics or professional trainers. They run real estate companies. What you learn on Saturday is what they used on their last deal.

And because it's in person, you're not just learning the material — you're building the relationships. Real estate is a network-determined industry. RED Accelerator gives you both the knowledge and the room full of people who can open doors.

What you'll learn

Real Estate Finance

Construction Management

RED Accelerator runs on the two tracks of finance and construction management because the two disciplines were never meant to be taught apart.

A developer who can underwrite a deal but can't manage its construction is exposed. A construction professional who can't read a pro forma is stuck taking orders instead of leading projects.

This curriculum is built to close both gaps at once.

How it works
A modern conference room with a dark wooden table surrounded by black leather office chairs on casters. In the background, there are bookshelves with books and magazines, and a curved LED ceiling light fixture hanging from the ceiling.

One weekend. Total immersion.

You leave with more than notes — you leave with a network. Every cohort is a room full of brokers, architects, investors, and doers just like you.
